a. Order Acceptance

b. Payment Method
We currently accept Interac e-Transfer only.
Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
c. Pricing
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated separately.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation
- Shipping timelines are estimates only
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon shipment.
5. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds:
- All sales are final
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted
- Exceptions may be made only in cases of verified shipping error or damaged goods upon arrival
Any claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

You acknowledge that:
